Morning gents,

Hope you all had a great independence day! Quick question: how does one retake the asvab in the fleet? What are the steps you have to take? My GT Currently is 102 and overall score is 67 which I know can be improved. Thanks for the help!

In the spirit of context, have you asked your career planner, and what MOS are you aspiring to qual for?

Sir I haven't met my career planner yet, in terms of a MOS I want to qualify for Recon and MARSOC which is a 105 gt.

Look, why don't you start out light and go 0311and work your way up. That way you can feel the burn of an outpost and your gt will suddenly go up. Haha just kidding no I'm not. Love those grunts though. Really that's the place to start. Learn your trade. Learn how to stay alive. Them folks are the heart of the Corps. Right on?

Well,If that's all the questions I guess I'll move on. Problem solved.
You need to slow your roll until properly vetted. So far your comments on this site have been generally sarcastic and "solved" nothing.

EMail inbound.

And further more since I have the floor and your punk ass ain't talken now. I knew your mama back in the day and I might be your daddy. But I ain't gonna claim ya cuz your a dumb fuck. And that Marine Corps diploma I sent you a photo of is older than you. Right on?

You're gonna need a little more individual problem solving skills if you want to come over here.

"The Marine Corps has issued Marine Corps Order, 1230.5B, which states new stipulations for retesting..

..The new guidelines for retaking the ASVAB state that no Marine will be allowed to retest without first obtaining written authorization from his or her command at the battalion or squadron level. The requests must be signed by the unit career retention specialist or any staff officer with authority from the commanding officer."

This is outdated and from a 2009 article i found. You can dig into the MCO or career planner to get your answers.

Hey, Check this Bitch. I was doing my J.O.B in the Corps when you weren't even a thought. I'll tell you the facts. And 1 fact is this your a fucken wanna be. You couldn't be a Marine if I dragged you through the crack of my ass.
Mod Edit.

ETA: sorry @Ooh-Rah didn’t see the ban... also not trying to fight your battles just watching out for the gang.

I missed this.

This POS needs to be banned if he isn't already...and his BS deleted from this thread.

The OP has been away for a while so we will let this thread drift away.....
