Well, the journey that started in Sept has come to an end. out of 12 Lat movers I was the only to graduate. I am not surprised, the course was pretty difficult. The land PT was harder than anything I have done before MAI course, MAIT course, 2 work ups, or deployments. The pool/ocean PT was on par with some of the more difficult stuff I did at my WSA course, not quite as hard as MCIWS, but almost. The kicker was all these evolution's were asked of you daily, and often mixed together in the same day or event {IE. RPAT}. 1st phase was a gut check, Everyone regardless of rank was "equal". This was one of the first obstacles myself the other Sgt's, and the officers were in for, it was quite an equality treat. Amphib phase was a fun break, but then it was right back to Camp Pen for Patrolling. That phase made, and broke a few guys. Then of course the famous end of phase 3 event. That sucked. All in all I was really pleased with the instruction. BRC turns out some good products. I am now ready for the real test. As a Sgt lat mover I am well behind the power curve, so I have a lot of work to do, but I am ready to go to work. I 'd like to thank some of the contributors here on the board, I took a little bit from each of you, and put it together and was successful.
