Frank Proctor 1-Day Concealed Carry Operator - June 14, 2014 - Bellevue WA

The world is not a safe place, there are and always will be those who will do harm to others. I consider our Second Amendment rights as an obligation for those willing and able to responsibly bear arms. It is my opinion that carrying a firearm concealed for the purpose of defending others or yourself bears great responsibility and training to execute on demand with 100% accuracy.

This is a 1day course designed to give the student an understanding of the tools and skills necessary to truly operate when carrying a pistol concealed for self-defense. This is a shooting course and will focus on the skills necessary to successfully make engagements when carrying a pistol concealed in realistic scenarios. To attend this course you should have: a concealed carry permit, a working knowledge of pistol marksmanship, extremely safe gun handling skills.

Topics covered but not limited to:
Equipment selection and positioning
Various methods for carrying concealed and capabilities and limitations
Performance Shooting
Drawing from concealment
Reloading from concealment
Shooting from various positions, standing, seated, kneeling, prone, etc
Target discrimination
