Hello. I'm an Army Reserve Officer and I'm starting the pipeline for CA. Previously I did logistics(QM) at company level and now I'm at staff until I get done with phase 4. I've been in 4.5 years and I commissioned through OCS. Did PL, XO, and time as a Company Commander for a reserve unit. i have not spent any time enlisted or on active duty (but good on you if you have). I'm also knowledgeable about the CA pipeline for enlisted(much easier).
