Impressive upper. SSD posted an article about the requirement not too long ago.

I believe USASOC won't be participating though. They are going with the new URG-I which has a mid-length gas system, new barrel profile, and new geissele rail. You can read about the program here. The URG-I is the end result.
I believe USASOC plans to upgrade their CQBR's as well.
