Last of my review spam. Yay!

This follows the work of Kurson's Shadow Divers right down to the same main guy, John Chatterton. The book is about Chatterton and Co.'s search for the Golden Fleece, ship of pirate Joseph Bannister during piracy's Golden Age. Just like Shadow Divers it chronicles the search for and the research behind the discovery (spoiler?) of said ship. It is a great story but definitely makes Chatterton the driving force behind the discovery. This one reads a bit less serious than his previous work, but the attention to detail and sources are excellent.

If you like pirates, this is a good book for your collection. It covers pirate life, Royal Navy shipboard life and battle TTP's, and quite a bit of pirate history. If that's not your thing, this isn't your book.
