Sorry, it's a completely random question and I did search, but are the pools for PAST and indoc salt water or chlorinated?
After a couple weeks of training, I'm noticing that I'm showing a bit of a reaction to the chlorine (clogged nose), so I either need to find a solution or not worry about it if the indoc pools are salt water.
It doesn't effect my swimming as your nose naturally clears under activity, but it does make sleeping a bit of a task.
