Sometimes I wonder if people come up with acronyms to get a chuckle (I did once, proposed an office symbol for myself: XTRA)
My take away is each squadron had a different set of rules/procedures which isn't the smartest way to run the show. I think it also shows (again) just how broke the ICBM mission is. Thank you Merril McPeek.
