8427 SARC I need an HM to weigh in who is one.

Okay I get it, work out get into shape submit a package. Got that cover I know all this, my question is for someone is a fleety going back to start this pipeline. I need to know is the star program still active or did I fuck myself for re-enlisting already. Is there a time limit because if it takes 1 1/2 years and I am at my 5 year mark, and HYT at 8 kind of cutting shit real close.
