These poor guys can not catch a break, they have had more mission/airframe changes since 1992 than they deserve.

I notice the article states maintenance will go from Contract to Blue Suit (good thing).

I can't go into detail, but in my opinion this is a very good thing for the 919 SOW (AFRC), AFSOC and their customers.

I am wondering if the AF finally figured out putting low density missions into the Guard and Reserve is cheaper than contract maintenance?
