Interesting as I didn't know they were doing this.

Also interesting that Guard/Reserve units are getting the rebuilt birds, guess they are last on the CSAR-X Fielding Plan.

This is another reason they maintain items pulled from the fleet for whatever reason. Never know when those parts will be useful.
