BDATech Announced By United States Air Force Battlefield Airmen

This is definitely a useful tool, but it's still got some work to be done. It is far from reliable when it comes to sending/receiving data. The battle tracking functions are cool, but I'd rather just keep rocking my Samsung tablet with the APAS program for now.

CDG, what is the size of the Rover these days? Just wondered if they have miniaturized them down. Very nice piece of kit.

There are multiple sizes these days; the ROVER IV, V, and the Tactical ROVER. TACROVER is the smallest one and it is something you can easily mount on your PC and use, if you don't mind an extra cable on your shit. The ROVER V is like an oversized tablet and typically will be used with vehicle ops. It's something you don't want taking up space and weight in a ruck, but you could dismount and go a little ways with it with no issue.
