Quick question as to the style of watercon at BRC. From my research it's mostly treading, holding things out of the water while treading, bottom samples and the like. I'm sure there are a fair amount of crossovers as well. Is it at the same frequency as (from what I've researched they do) at PJ INDOC? Just trying to figure out which side of watercon to focus on. Former rescue swimmer so I am fairly confident in the water and finning.

I know this won't impress a damn person but just to show where I'm at watercon wise for crossovers,
10x25m underwater at a 2:00-2:15 interval

I can tread water a long time, with hands out of the water slightly less

Thanks for any assistance.

Very Respectfully,

SC

I’m not familiar with the PJ Indoc. They are creative at BRC and they do a lot of crossovers. You’ll be fine. Don’t quit.

Thanks for the reply. I hate crossovers. But I can do them.

Thank you sir, I'll keep working on those. I just sing "what a wonderful world" by Nat king cole in my head over and over.
