Hello all,

If you take medication for depression or are in contact with a mental professional for depression is that an automatic disqualifier?

This is not the case in my situation but I am curious about this.

Thank you,

It depends, really. If you have had intense migraines that have interfered with your daily activities, or required medication to treat them, within 3 years of enlisting, it IS a automatic disqualifier. Good luck!

Depends on the situation and how long (usually a year minimum) since you were last treated/ medicated.

These, along with a handful of other questions that have been asked on this board recently, are questions that you should be asking a recruiter. If you are too scared to ask a recruiter, then have you heard of google? Get off the computer and actually start the process and find out for yourself instead of pussy footing all over the place, these are not traits that the Special Operations community needs.
