Well this just got interesting.

FTC, 48 attorneys general file antitrust lawsuits against Facebook over Instagram, WhatsApp acquisitions

I will say the Facebook tweet isn't that accurate since this lawsuit is co-signed by 46 state AGs, DC's, and Guam's.

I'm not a tech law person, but this could be pretty huge.
