For HSA/FSA account holders: If you have HSA or FSA money you still need to spend by Saturday, you can use your card at the HSA store (www.hsastore.com). They carry Adventure Medical Kits first aid kits (very good quality), all sorts of supplies, etc.

For medical providers, they also sell Littmann stethoscopes.

If you have an HSA you are GTG. That money is yours and there is not a limit on what you can roll over. The FSA money is not the individual's and anything over $500 goes back to the employer. This is a pretty good breakdown. FSA vs. HSA: What's the Difference? | Excellent Overview
