I'm a 32 year old former infantry Marine (0351) who hasn't felt quite fulfilled since leaving active duty. I've had regrets about certain aspects of my short military career, feeling that I didn't push myself to my potential and let the negativity of the fleet drag me down. I had the opportunity to join MARSOC in 2008 but turned it down to EAS, a decision I've regretted for quite some time. Fast forward some years and here I am, looking at SOF options for prior service individuals who are a little older and much wiser. That's how I discovered ShadowSpear. I've been a non-registered lurker for a while and finally decided to make an account after working out for about a month and realizing that despite my initial aches and pains, this may actually be possible. I hope to learn the mindset from the community and contribute where I can.
