I am a 24-year-old who is absoutely intransigent in my goal of becoming either a CCT, an Army SF soldier or maybe even a Naval or USAF fighter pilot (I have a degree from an Ivy League school, and my local USMC OSO was very amenable in regards to me attending OCS > Flight School > should I pass the ASTB. Luckily, I scored a 2245 on my SAT and effectuated a 3.8 GPA in my boring-as-shit college years, so I amabsolved from having to sit through the ASVAB should I conclude that I wish to become a Naval/USMC aviation officer.
To be honest, despite the perks of becoming a pilot (increased pay, jump right to LT, flying f***ing planes that go over 650 mph, or piloting an Osprey, aka the coolest jeticopter on earth, I am relatively unwavering in my commitement to serve as an SoF infantryman (CCT, Army SF, SOWT or FORECON>USMC Raiders) due to a family history of grunt service. Anyways, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, and for keeping the bad guys at bay.
