Intro from Okinawa

Greetings from Japan, I'm currently stationed in Okinawa with III MHG. Motor T. by trade with orders to the MSOSG Stone Bay, Lejeune in January. Much love and respect to the SOF community for what they do and their level of dedication and determination. Im another Marsoc hopeful, planning on attending the April A&S. Just here to gather as much information as I can to help adjust my training appropriately.

JKumz how did you fare in the typhoon? Hope you weren't pulling duty in that.

Funny you should ask, me and my buddies always joke around becuase It seems I always have duty durring the typhoons, but not this time fourtunatly. Best one we've had this year, flipped a few cars. A Silvia in the brks next to us was flipped on its side and dragged across the parking lot. Quite a few injured island wide but no reports of death.

Good to know. My step-brother-in-law (LOL) is stationed there. The pictures of the cars thrown around make them look like toys. He was lucky enough not to be out in it either.
