Hello all, my name is Armond and I am 32 years old. I originally enlisted in the Air Force back in June of 2000, but was medically separated during basic training for a medical problem that was not pre-existing. I enlisted into the Air Force(I had a weird reenlistment code that allowed to me to try again later basically) again in October of 2008 mostly because I didn't get to experience it and also because I was about to turn 27 and so my chances of giving it another go was about to be up.
I am married and have two kids. I come from a military family, father is retired Army. Every job I have had(Corrections Officer, Force Protection Contractor, Range Control Contractor, etc) have all had me working with military members from various backgrounds and I loved it all the time!
I am currently stationed in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson(NetMan, 381 IS), but am currently in Djibouti(doing stuff). I am a 3D1X2(Cyber Transport) NCO(SSgt). Previously I was stationed at Yokota AB, Japan (Tech Control, 374th CS), where I did a TDY to Al Dhafra(Tech Control, 380 ECS) for 6 months.
I requested to join this community because some of my searches for information led me here. Specifically I was looking for TACP and JCSE and what it all entails. I have been impressed with the information I have found on this site and so I wanted to become a part of it. Thank you.
