Hello,

I'm just another wannabe looking for advice. I'm sure you guys get a little tired of this, but in my hunt for good information this looks to be a great resource.

I'm a hopeful US Special Forces or CCT, I'm trying to determine my aptitude for each. I currently work for a disaster restoration company doing mold mitigation, biological clean up, crime scene clean up, and many other more mundane task. Fire, water, storm restoration ect. I make good money, but I'm unfilled and looking for something else.

I have yet to take the ASVAB. At the recruiting office I made a 75 on their pretest, does anybody know how accurate this is? I've started a study plan, seeing as I haven't really studied algebra since high-school. The mental math kicked my butt. I have to lay off using a calculator everyday.

I'm off to the mentor forums to badger them. If you have any questions ask away. Also if anybody is currently experiencing mold problems I'm willing to offer

Thanks guys!

I misspelled "unfulfilled" and left "advice." off the end of the last sentence. Its driving me crazy and if there is an edit button on this forum I can't seem to find it.

Welcome to SS. I have a stack of typos, and I have the edit option:rolleyes:. Some say it is a funstion of age, the low numbers and the high numbers make most of the errors;-). Just take your time, and don't forget to have fun while you can.

You need to replace the word wannabe with gonnabe. As Shia Labeouf would say "JUST DO IT". Also, Welcome.
