Good morning, I am a 26 year old law enforcement officer out of Georgia. I've spent 5 years as a cop and have had the opportunity to spend 3 years of that as a narcotics investigator on a regional drug task force. During this time I've had the opportunity to go to some decent leo schools (swat, high risk warrant service, and Bill Rogers Shooting School to name a few) which has made me crave more.
I'm interested in joining the Guard and am looking for more information on a military career. I know Georgia Has a LRS unit which I'm very interested in. I'm also interested in possibly trying out for the 20th group or possibly joining the 20th group with in a support role.
I realize that this forum is full of professionals and true warriors. I'm excited to be a sponge and learn as much as possible from this forum.
