I actually joined this site because of your insight in to the SOST. I tried to join the AF but the recruiter said no openings despite several months of trying. Figured I would get some time in with the Navy and try to get on with a surgical team after I got my feet wet.

SOST is recruiting hard for anesthesia providers right now including among civilian providers. You might consider reaching out and seeing what they can work out. I have a contact if you're interested
