Good Afternoon All,
I am an O2 with the Ohio ARNG. I have begun the train up process to "audition" for the state detatchment. I primarily go off of the Mil Athlete programs. I have ample space to run/ruck. I look forward to any insight/advice on how to effectively train. As of now, the selection weekend could be anywhere from June to September. I look forward to getting to know the group!
