Hello all!
I am currently a 25A in the Army, coming up on 3 years in on Active Duty.
I am currently at lovely Fort Bliss, TX. I was very fortunate to have close to two years as a Platoon Leader, and am now the XO in the same company. Working on the final requirements needed for submitting my application to the ARSOF board that is set to meet this April to look at who gets the chance to go to SFAS, CAAS, etc. Applying for all 3 ARSOF branches.
I have been a lurker for over a year, but with the time coming where I will have my application packet finished, I should know in May whether or not I will get the chance to enter one of the SOF training pipelines. Figured this would be a good place to talk to and learn from those that have gone before me.
