Alright, so a little about myself.
I guess I'll start off with the military related stuff. I'm an 11B serving in the VA guard. I've been in since mid-2009, and I've been on one deployment to Iraq in 2011. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on what perspective you take) it got cut short due to that whole immunity agreement fiasco. My company was attached to various CJSOTF-AP units throughout Iraq to provide force protection. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and unique experience for me. I've always been interested and looked up to the SOF community, and it was nice to get a chance to work with them, even in that limited capacity.
As far as civilian life goes, I'm still slowly and gradually working toward my degree while I work a security job with a local county here. I'm hoping to actively and completely pursue a career in law enforcement very soon though.
