Hey all, my name is Curran. I am 19 and currently a pre-med student at Eastern Oregon University. I spend my days training, spending time with my girl and my family. My goal is to become a Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman. I am training with a former PJ and an ex-marine. I enjoy doing drama and theater at the opera house. I also like outdoors activities like shooting, hiking, sailing and swimming. I joined the forums to further my understanding of the community i want to become involved with and to support the men and women who currently serve and who have served.

Im doing Pre-med to help me prepare for the medical portion of my future training. I told my course adviser that I wanted to be or corpsman and then I explained to them what that was, so they put me in pre-med. Also being a trauma surgeon would be a possible career after service.

Cool, medicine is a great career field. All the best.

And I think there are no ex Marines. Former Marines are the term you should use. Correct brothers and sisters?

Welcome also.F.M.

IDK, Muppet. I think it's "once a Marine, always a Marine." They can be retired Marines though.

Welcome.
