I am currently an E-3 in the United States Marine Corps. I've been in for 2.5yrs and some change.
I joined the Corps with a 0321 contract, however, I injured myself during patrolling. As a result, I was unable to continue training and was placed on limited duty for 8 months. After I had recovered enough, not fully, I was recommended an mos change from my provider. Reluctantly, I took the mos change, knowing my body was not ready to go back to BRC.
I'm currently with an 0311 unit on my first deployment. I was referred to this site a while ago by a buddy with Recon. I've been lurking ever since, just trying to pick up as much information as possible. I hope to be able to learn from everyone. Thank you all.
