Sorry I'm so late with this introduction. My desk top computer is toast and I'm now working from an iPad.
I initially joined the Army in January of 1958 as a Traffic Analyst with ASA. In 1966 I graduated from FA OCS At Ft. Sill then went to the Q course at Bragg. After finishing I was assigned to the 3d SFG commanding A-14 in B Co. (No batallions then) In 1968 I was on levy to the 5th SFG but when I got to Vietnam I was diverted to
The Americal Div. ("sorry dai-ui, there's a critical shortage of company grades there") I ended up commanding A/4/3 (Old Guard)
