Hi Everyone,
My name is Matthew Rodell, I am currently in the DEP for the Air Force and I am waiting to go into training to become a PJ. However, it wont be for much longer because my ship date to basic training is January 5th. I have already taken and passed the PAST test. The main reason I want to become a PJ was because I want to save people.
I am pretty excited about this upcoming year, currently I just sit around at home doing nothing but working out and helping my mother get ready to move. I am a college graduate, graduated in August 2015, but I honestly felt that I could do more good in the world and for the United States if I went into the military. Both of my parents are retired Army, while my Grandfather on my father's side retired from the Air Force, my Grandfather on my mother's side served in both the Navy and Air Force.
I am excited to start a new chapter in my life, in a career field that definitely has its rewards! (If I make it through the 2 years of training for it!
