Well my name is John. I am a medic attached to the 1-153 cav HHT in Florida currently. I joined the Army National Guard when I was 17 because I was lied to that I could go active on a whim haha. I have my Airborne wings and I am also MOS'qd as a Fister (13F) I currently work for Lockheed Martin in support of the Sofglss contract. I am however in the process of going active duty Air Force as a TACP and hopefully eventually a JTAC. I have my conditional release in order and was told I will most likely keep my rank(E5) (fingers crossed). I have already completed a PAST and am an official Candidate with the Air Force. I wanted to join this site because alot of questions I have had have been answered through various threads here after a quick Google search, also I am looking for insight into this new career opportunity and lifestyle, thanks for taking the time to read this.
