Hello.
Long time lurker, first time posting.
Im 22. Decided that I was going to enlist in the military over a year ago but decided to get all of my stuff in order before embarking on that endeavor. Started talking to a recruiter about a month ago and I just swore into the United States Marine Corps last week. Secured an infantry contract, now i'm getting ready for bootcamp.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Also thank you for the advice given so far on these forums, its honestly been invaluable and I have spent many nights going through old posts and learning all that I can.
