James "Doc" Gleason

Doc Gleason, passed away on April 25, 2016. Doc was one of the original ass kicking Raiders hopping from island to island during the second world war. He turned 18 on New Georgia Island slaying suicidal Japanese soldiers who were attacking with just bayonets. He again put the EGA above his heart when he enlisted again during The Korean War.

Semper Fi, sir. Men like you are why many of us joined the Corps and why we love our Corpsmen.
