We've discussed this before relative to increasing use of drones/UAVs/robotics, etc, and who would actually be the SME. It looks like it's gaining legs. I glossed over this because 'science and technology' makes me nauseous.

Apparently the mil-academia-tech relationship is a pretty big deal. Again, not my world so what do I know?

MIT LL does some amazing work in autonomous systems world, this is really cool. Lots of opportunity from mil-academia-tech... if they don't get in their own way. Definitely keeping my eye on this.
