I'm new here and early on in training. Ive wanted to try for Recon or MARSOC A&S. Talked to a few from both communities and said either would be a great opportunity. I'm still a young Marine so I have plenty of time to prepare. So as of now I'm just lifting and getting used to running again (recovering from a few misdiagnosed stress fractures in the last year). What kind of workouts or programs would be a good start? Running with weight, hikes, or swimming tips would be great since I hear those are the real nut kickers. Any advice or tips on any of the above would be greatly appreciatedsince as an air winger I rarely get the opportunity to pick the brain of an active member. Thanks for your time.
