The staff volunteers their time to maintain this site and it's rather time-we-don't-have frustrating to help you navigate the site when 80% of your questions have "self-sourced" answers. A search function? Willingness to go through a few pages of threads to help yourself? Madness....
We pride ourselves on what we've done for the new guys, things we've done to help them succeed, but for the love of whatever-deity-you-choose, please make the effort to help yourself. Teamwork and laziness for the sake of simple, quick answers are not the same thing.
