I spent 11 years as a TACP. Got out in 2004 right after I got back from Iraq. TACP is a small field and I had the pleasure of meeting many of them throught my travels and different schools. I cannot remember my team name at Hurlburt, want to say Hawk 32. Was in 1993. Airborne, air assault etc... It's funny how you can be in a war zone and still run into each other. We went in with 173rd. On our way down to Kirkuk we ran into a group from Carson working with SF group 3 I believe. And there is a couple guys I knew well. They had their hands full with Mosul so off we go more South. Ox, if you met him u would know, was this new Balo position they were creating. We were A 3 man team. Well it's good to reminisce. I'm now a financial planner with a big firm for past 10 years here in Dallas. 2 kids, boy and girl, so I'm done there. No more please.
