I have recently been informed by a AFSOC liaison that the AF has created a separate flight in BMT for AFSOC . He told me that the PAST test numbers for Airman dropped drastically after graduation of basic , and Airman were failing the 0 week PAST in their respective Indocs .

Can anyone corroborate my statement ?

Changed the title for you. "SF" means "Army Special Forces". The AF does not have SF. They have some security forces personnel- they are not SF.

PJ, CCT, TACP, CRO, STO, SERE etc. would be considered battlefield airmen.

Also RackMaster , I trust my Liaison a lot more than my recruiters... That's a different story. The reason I am asking is I have heard a few different answers and thought y'all might know.

That is my next target , I leave March 5 and was hoping that it was true. That way I could go to Indoc at my peak. Though I know Indoc is designed to break you down to the point where you see what each man is really made of . Some where I will be soon and can't wait.

Cave quid optes, my friend.

Indoc isn't meant to "break you down". While it will expose the specific personality we would like in our career field, the days of "let's just beat 120 men senslessly and see if we can get 8-10 guys at the end" are nearly gone. Yes, it's intense, yes, it's extremely difficult, yes, you will be physically and mentally exhausted. That is different than "broken". I know what you meant to say, I just want to make sure people know exactly what's expected.

You forgot SOWT ;-)

This has been going on for a number of years. My son was originally assigned to a "Battlefield Airman" Flight, they got a little extra PT and he believes the TI's "looked the other way" when folks did extra PT at night.

There may be a few non BA Trainees in your Flight, treat them nicely as they may be your LM or supervisor down the road;-)

Cave quid optes ... I do wish for it I have fought long and hard to get to this point. Have been jerked around by recruiters for two years. I want this more than ever , I can almost taste the sweat, blood, and pool water lol . I know I won't be laughing soon but for the next three months the only thing I am thinking about is walking by those green footsteps , and pussy but that's natural.

Are you fucking kidding me with that bullshit. Learn to be professional. Change your contract now. We don't need arrogant shits running off at the mouth and ruining our reputation, like you.

For any other PJ hopeful, comments like that are what motivate me to boot you from the PJ mentorship group.

"There is a time, and a place..."
Coudn't agree more. JAM, you're out of line. That time and place is the team room, out of the view of mixed company. I have been overly vocal lately so I initially thought I overreacted a bit, but turns out I was wrong.

x2. Hell, x4.

Final point- talk to your recruiter, BA Flights are happening now.
