Hey guys , Stumbled onto this site through a google search . I had a limited time spent with 5th SFG in Moc Hoa VN in 67 and always remembered those men who ( including the CO ) treated us like brothers. I was TDY with Special Services to entertain the troops with 3 others . We traveled all over Nam and had the best 100 days of anyone serving there , by the Grace of God !!!!! Now it's 44 yrs later and I have a grandson .... nuff said ! I was stationed at a little base camp named for the village near it .... Dau Tieng . I left in March of 68 and it was overrun in 69'. However , they didn't take the base .
