I remember back in the early 2000's they were talking about this. I never got to see the end product until just now, pretty damn cool if you ask me.

I had not seen this device before. It looks promising...but I don't see this replacing other explosive breaching techniques...still pretty cool.
Yeah I agree, if an agency has the ability (funds) to go with explosives, then they are opening way more options/applications. But for the small LEA, that doesn't have the resources.....this is pretty cool.
