Been lurking this site for a couple months now; I'm a 22 year old college student from Southern California. I was raised in a military family as my father retired from the Marine Corps a couple years ago and numerous family members still serving or having served before. When I was a little kid I've always wanted to get rid of bad guys, and though my dreams have drifted (pro soccer player, firefighter) throughout HS and early college, I've always ended back up wanting to become a Marine and "get the bad guys." I believe some of it had something to do with being surrounded by Marines my whole life.
Anyway, I ship out to bootcamp this summer after I graduate, and after I become a Marine I will have my shot at becoming a Reconnaissance Marine. I've been training diligently and I have many trivial (eye sight, etc) questions regarding the path and would like to seek advice if need be.
