The 31st is the anniversary of the charge which saw the decline of the Ottoman Empire. As the clip states, Allenby entered Jerusalem but the surrender of the city was made the day before to an Australian advance party. It's a footnote to history and I know it exists as I've read it before, but I'm having difficulty finding it. If there's someone who can contribute, feel free. First clip is the charge and the second has a vague reference to an Australian unit accepting the surrender of Jerusalem. BTW, I'm a little put out by the Crusader reference.
