Quick question: the two ramp guys on a Chinook - they are responsible for guys roping down, stuff getting loaded on board etc. etc. ?

Actually they are responsible for the aircraft and talking to the pilot, the rope master controls the guys sliding down the rope and getting equipment off

Not so, the entire crew, from the O, the warrant and the enlisted fly, not too sure about the set up, but I have see E-4's on board the bird.
