I have to admit I cannot help pulling for the bad guy in situations like this. Have to wonder if this could happen at a place like Rikers. I’m guessing not.

It is the second time he has escaped from one of the country's prisons - after he blasted through five doors at Sequedin prison in 2013. The gangster also took four guards hostage during the earlier prison break, before fleeing in a getaway car, which he dumped in nearby Lille

Helicopters are pretty popular in France for prison escapes. High tension wires must not have it made it there yet.
