From what I am hearing on the news so far, the shooter shot into a transport van going into a sally port of the facility....two detainees killed, one detainee injured.

Unknown what he thought the van contained, at this time.

Things that come naturally to a POS:
-disregard for the safety of others
-refusal to consider consequences
-refusal to use logic and reasoning
-willingness to resort to unsolicited violence at the drop of a hat
-willingness to use ANY excuse as a claim that violence has been solicited (ie words are violence)

Probably a few others - maybe more.
