Downing Buried at West Point

WEST POINT, N.Y. (USASOC News Service, Oct. 1, 2007) – Downing, who died July 18 at the age of 67 in his hometown Peoria, Ill., returned to the Academy for the final time. His internment was scheduled to coincide with his 45th class reunion.
