Thought I'd pass this along.

EOD Friends and Family,

I wanted to make sure everyone got the word. Great things are happening
for the EOD community and the EOD Wounded Warrior Fund is right in the
mille of it all. As is Army EOD Colonel Lutz, Commander of CJTF Troy
and the 52nd Ord Group EOD.

THIS WEEKEND AT 1100 Eastern (check your local listing) THE NAVY WILL
PLAY WAKE FOREST IN THE EAGLE BANK BOWL.

Efforts are being made for each player to have an EOD badge on his
helmet. COL Lutz is scheduled to do the coin toss at the beginning of
the game. During half time a video tribute for all EOD fallen during
OIF and OEF is scheduled. I'm not sure exactly what will be aired but
we know great efforts are being made to recognize our fallen brothers
and sisters.

My personal thanks to Ken Falk and Sherri Beck, for their efforts.
Thanks to all that provided photos and information.

Very cool.

I'll watch it. Much as it pains me, I'll root for Navy. ;) That will make my dad and brother happy at least! :D

Definitely worth watching! I've got a lot of respect for Troy 6; that he's getting to do the coin toss is pretty awesome. The EOD Wounded Warrior Fund is relatively new to the scene, but it's a damned fine cause to give to.

Thanks for putting that out there, J.
