I've been curious about this, especially when it comes to the subject of Our veterans that have served This great nation since the early 2000s. My question,is when it comes certain injuries sustained in combat, for example head trauma If it isn't recorded in your medical jacket and you go to the VA Has any of you had any experience with dealing with not being able to get a Ct Done Because of an injury not being recorded in your jacket?

In my individual experience with navigating the VA, The symptoms you present to your doctor are going to determine what diagnostics and treatment you end up getting. The only thing the medical side kinda cares about service-wise is just flavoring the presentation with mechanism of injury knowledge.

The Veteran's Administration compensation side of things is where establishment of service connection happens to be able to legally determine levels of disability and associated compensation/benefits due.
