Not eBooks but check out thriftbooks.com for heavily discounted paperbacks.

One I used in college is abebooks.com you can find a lot of cheap and weird stuff on there if you need to for Academic study. Also fun stuff in foreign language like leather bound editions etc.

Abe Books is awesome! It's a consortium of independent booksellers, use it to combat Amazon monopoly...

I quite often use abe books. The book depository also has free shipping, which is nice, if the book is in stock.
