So on Thursday I was training with a team of guys, and it got chilly outside after about 2 hours of land cals and cardio, and it was time to get into the pool. It was 55 degrees, which outside the water is not cold, but getting in and out of the water with soaking clothing on, I was cold as hell! Obviously I continued on, but the day after I woke up sick as a dog, and I am still sick today.

Is this something that my immune system will just get used too, or is training sick all part of the lifestyle?

On a side note, when I am sick and start training I hardly remember or feel I am sick.

Take into account where you had been before training and the days before. You most likely picked up a "bug" off a surface in a public place, restroom, etc. and then your training weakened your immune system.

Being "sick" runs the gamut from having a cold to dying. You maybe running along toughing it out, only to push your body over the edge and have it shut down on you. Learn how your body works, and take notice of it!
Drink water!

Dude, if you're sick, rest until you're not sick. Selection/Indoc is there for a reason, with the resources to safely push people past their limits. Don't fall into the trap of trying to make every day like the ETD. You will just end up constantly sick, or hurt.

Picking up a bug prior makes sense. Didn't even think of that.

I have tampered my workouts substantially, I have just done some cals throughout the day, a little swimming, and a little running. Its a head cold with chest congestion so it feels good to just get blood flowing to clear the sinuses and cough up some phlegm.
